_small.jpg) | Pyrite from the Bingham Canyon Mine find about 10 years ago. Six undamaged lustrous faces provide a fine displayable specimen. Bottom of crystal has striated growth from attachment at on time to another crystal. Four other faces have the typical interupted odd grown typical of many of these specimens. These faces also have a couple of concoidal areas that may or probably is some damage or chipping. They blend in and need to be examined with a loop to conclude whether actual damage or not. |
