Here is a Galena and Rhodonite combination from Broken Hill in Australia.  The Rhodonite are gemmy red crystals.  The matrix is a mix of Galena and Rhodonite. ere hilvery finHere is a Ammolite gem name for the fossilized Ammonite shell that is filled with iridescent colors of red, green, and purple.  There is a claim somewhere in southern Utah.  The top is covered with epoxy for protection and to bring out the color.  the actual Ammolite shell is quite thin.  The color moves depending on the angle of light.  This one is ready to just look at or wirewrap into a pendant.
