_small.jpg) | Here is specimen with terminated olive brown Vanadinite crystals coated with Calcite. No damage and mindat.org only has 2 photos from this Mexican locality with a few other with Descloizite and Vanadinite combination. The locality has 4 photos which are actually of Descloizite pseudomorphs after Vanadinite. Not sure on this one but there is some lighter brown species that is probably Descloizite and many of the Vanadinite crystals are not smooth and so may be the pseudomorphing crystals. |
