I did not adjust the exposure for the Fluorescent photos. I do adjust the contrast and intensity. The best way is to constant adjust the exposure for the best pictures. Also the room is not completely dark. Specimen has a cap of about 1 to .5 cm of fluorescent red orange Calcite. ex Dana Wilson MD collection.
