I did not adjust the exposure for the Fluorescent photos. I do adjust the contrast and intensity. The best way is to constant adjust the exposure for the best pictures. Also the room is not completely dark. I am not sure what that yellow Fluorescent is at the bottom of the specimen. ex Dana Wilson MD collection.
