 | Fine large specimen with Tetrahedrite crystals to 5 cm across. Also Chalcopyrite crystals to 1 cm with a nearly black iridescent patina. Only minor chipping in a few areas with most crystals undamaged. The few damaged spots may actually be blasting damage. I have seen similar looking damage on Flambeau Chalcocites that was blasting damage. This had a retail price of $1200. It weighs over 6 pounds and so it is kind of heavy to take to shows even at $1200 NOTE; specimen is darker than photo, taken to show detail better. |
