The local club I believe actually was able to have a collecting field trip to the Getchell Mine in the late 1980's early 1990's since several members had several flats of specimens from this mine. Here is another Getchell Realgar. It has a different look with some gemmy needle like red Realgar crystals. Collection #453 which I believe was self collected by Dana on the club field trip. ex Dana Wilson MD collection #453. |
