_small.jpg) | I have heard this called Arkimer after the famous Herkimer Diamonds since they resemble the form and luster and general look of Herkimers. Photo not the best. These are normally not in these nice clusters but rather more single crystals. The red and black is a mark that usually indicates a water bubble but I did not see a bubble when looping it. So it may or may not be there but did not stand out for me. ex Clyde Hardin collection, a well known digger from Arkansas and especially Magnet Cove area. |
