| Historic specimen from the Colorado State Geological Survery, University of Colroado with a label taped to the bottom of the box tray. I believe the label may be glued to the box and then a thick protective rubbery tape attached over the label. I do not know how old but it is written in in rather than pen. One label is typed on an old typewriter. These are Molybdenum specimens from Colorado. photos. This one from an uncommon locality is a fine lustrous Molybdenite crytal, 1.6 cm in length, on a Quartz matrix. |
