7ghkmr ((BERYL)), Crum Creek, Delaware County, Pennsylvania, 7 x 7 x 4 cm, Cabinet

Here is a greenish yellow Beryl from a Pennsylvania location. The Beryl has been coated with fingernail polish which stabilized a bit but mostly brings out the color. The substance can be removed with acetone. These were just collected in June this year by breaking open pegmatitic boulder in the Crum Creek streambed.
