 | Gemmy blue Azurite crystals on small sphericules of Malachite. Small micro cracking on the Malachite layer and some chipping to some areas of the Azurite. This was one of the earlier Azurites from China that Dennis purchased from me. I suspect the locality I was given in Tucson from a Chinese dealer at the time was not correct. I believe the locality is actually Liufengshan Mine, Chizhou Prefecture, Anhui Province, China and I will have a new label with this locality. ex Dennis McMurdie collection. |
