14hhdm.o ((MOLYBDENITE)), $10 MINIMUM BID, Xray Whale Occurrance, Twin Lakes Mining District, Chaffee County, Colorado, 8 x 6 x 6 cm, Cabinet

Historic specimen from the Colorado State Geological Survery, University of Colroado with a label taped to the bottom of the box tray. I believe the label may be glued to the box and then a thick protective rubbery tape attached over the label. I do not know how old but it is written in ink rather than pen. One label is typed on an old typewriter. These are Molybdenum specimens from Colorado. This is a reference specimen from a Colorado locality not seen on the mineral show market. White opaque Quartz with inclusions of Molybdenite. #1622
