14hhdm.o ((COPAL or AMBER)), $50 MINIMUM BID, no locality given, 15 x 9 x 7 cm, Cabinet

This was part of the Dennis McMurdie collection. It is a decorator specimen of dark rootbeer colored bearly translucent, because of its thickness, copal or amber. The copal I have purchased is lighter in color and has insect inclusions. This does not have any insects, lizards, leaves, etc inclusions. It is large and not familiar to me. I would think if in a shop, it would be pricey but I do not really know. Dennis was a teacher and it could have been used in school. ex Dennis McMurdie collection.
