 | Here is a larger specimen with a cluster of reddish brown scalenohedral crystals of Calcite. They are undamaged except for one along the perimeter with little of the tip missing. The color can be seen totally under the specimen on the sawn bottom and cleaved crystal bases. These large scalenohedral crystals are covered with secondary lustrous Calcite crystals with a greyish charcoal color. Dennis McMurdie collection. |
