Very fine Elmwood Calcite specimen . Lustrous and nearly completely undamaged with two tips with very small termination cleaves. This cluster of lustrous Calcite crystals once sat on the cream colored Barite and the base has an undamaged hemispherical indent from the contact. The cluster of Calcite is mostly transluscent to transparent and the two main crystals form a V shape. This mine is now closed and flooded but produced the best Calcites in the USA if not the World.
