_small.jpg) | Here are two specimens from Searles Canyon with small yellow straw like Holfertite crystals. Holfertite is always small. I looped and did not find any on the larger specimen. I did see a couple on the smaller but they are very small. Perhaps searching with a microscope would be easier to find. In any case they are too small to see with the naked eye. ex Wes Gannaway collection and probably field collected by Wes Gannaway. |
