I am not sure. The South African specimens are hollow and have a flat top. This also does not look like Turt, Romania Siderite specimens. This specimen has pointed scalenahedral terminations and the Calcite is still present inside the non hollow crystals with a Layer of lustrous Siderite on the outside of the Calcite.
