I had this with my Pyrite specimens for 20 years and just noticed a tight repair along one edge. a elongated chip fit tight and was glued back to specimen on a almost non visiable seem. Two small missing ends of the flaked off piece give the repair away. Still a great Pyrite floater and in great condition otherwise.
