 | Here is another neat and varied specimen. It has a base of stubby terminated Quartz crystals with large scalenohedral crystals of Calcite. These crystals have a pinkish tan staining and faces are made up of a multitude of very small faces. On the Calcite and Quartz are smaller colorless scalenohedral Calcite crystals. Sprinkled about are octahedral lustrous brassy Pyrite crystals with rounded non sharp edges. Overall undamaged but again some damage to Quartz and Calcite near or on the edge of the specimen top. |
