 | Here is a fossil fern from the Pennsylvanian Age, 300 million years age, and from the Llewellyn formation. Large fossil ferns on this slate plate. Fossils on the backside but not as nice. This specimen has a slight yellow color from iron staining from water seeping between the layers of slate. |
