Cabinet sized double terminated undamaged Quartz. It does have a face on the side and the ajacent termation face polished. The tip is also rounded. Other termination has a healed flat side. ex Wm Jefferis label #6055 with a date 10/24/1888 and Carnegie Museum label #1850.
