Bathyuriscus fimbriatus, which is a large and uncommon trilobite from the Marjum Formation, Cambrian. This is a larger specimen with part of the head present. Its a little hard to tell but I think its a ventral view. Most of these seem to only have part of the head or no head at all. ex Dennis McMurdie collection
