 | Here is an undamaged Pyrite from Illinois. These have been termed Suns. After early next year no more suns except from existing collections. They occur in the slate layers above coal seams. Due to the new EPA standards on coal use, all the coal mines are have been and are completing the process of being closed in Illinois. Tucson is supposed to be the last chance of buying any quantity of these wholesale for mineral dealers. I was able to get 250 in Denver and sold 62 last week at our club show.
