Yellow Augite and rhombs of brown Siderite are in great shape with little if any damage. Weinrich Minerals is very reliable on localities but you may what to consider that it may be from Machacamarca Mine also Potosi Department. On mindat.org Machacamarca seems to be the mine with the dark brown Siderite and matrix on Augelite specimens from Bolivia. ex Glenn Davidson collection. ex Weinrich Minerals specimen.
