 | Here is an interesting Calcite. One small area with a plate of Sphalerite, Quartz, and Pyrite. The main specimen is scalenahedral crystals of Calcite with a small sprinkling of Pyrite. The Calcite is strange in that the bottom side is white and the top side has a hint of grey coloring. The side view shows a distinct line of color variation. Two areas of damage but overall in great shaped for the size. The two areas do not distract from display. Also photo does not do justice to the specimen. |
