5ecao.ar    ((BOLEITE TYPE LOCALITY)),  TYPE LOCALITY  $65 MINIMUM BID, Amelia Mine, Baja California Sur, Mexico,  3 x 2.5 x 1.5 cm, Thumbnail

The matrix has be stabilized with elmers glue and water with an eye dropper one drop at a time soaking into the matrix without dissolving the matrix while the matrix soaks up the mixture and drys.  You can tell since the light brown matrix has a slight shine from the dryed  Elmers glue.  If not, it would melt with contact with water and the Boleites would come out of the matrix.   There are three blue Boleite cubic crystals.  One has a natural crack and one has damage to one of the corners.  Matrix Boleites are uncommon since this matrix without being stabilized would quickly soak up water and crumble or melt into a pile of fine dirt.  ex Al Orway specimen.
