CHESTERITE variety of MICROCLINE, Poorhouse Quarry, Chester County, Pennsylvania, 6 x 5.5 x 2.5 cm

Here is a light salmon colored Microcline variety Chesterite. Type locality is Chester, Vermont not Chester County, Pennsylvania. Chesterite is not a mineral you see everyday, every month, or even every year. This is the only one I have ever seen. The type locality is now a pond in the back year of a new house.
