_small.jpg) | Undamaged chatoyant thick plate of Malachite with fibrous Malachite growths on the surface. There is alot of Malachite from Congo always on the market by the kilo. Chinese Malachite was on the mineral market from about mid 1980's until about 2005. Now the quarry and no new material out in the last 20 years. While not rare, more pricey than the Congo Malachite and not usually seen at shows unless out of collections. |
