21 cm is if the specimen was straight.  It seems to have a curve that could be straightened but it is strong and cannot be bent with your hand.  This is a Copper from Pennsylvania, an uncommon part of the country for Copper, usually limited to localities in the Keweenaw Penninsula of Michigan and the west in areas of New Mexico, Arizona, and Utah.
