 | Here is a superb specimen and I think quite uncommon from Maine. There is a terminated brown Grossular, probably double terminated, surrounded by prismatic huge Vesuviantite crystals from Maine. Sawn flat on the base for sitting up for display. These Vesuvianite crystals are light color. Checking mindat has the Vesuvianites as brown in color from this locality. ex Ernie Schlichter collection. |
