 | Grand Deposit Mine has no photos on mindat. It has similar species as the Hidden Treasure Mine in Utah. Evidently the Grand Deposit Mine has not been collected for mineral specimens very often. I have never seen specimens from this locality ever offered for sale. These were collected many years ago by now retired mineral dealer Mark Rogers from Reno, Nevada. Here is a specimen of Quartz which was with the Grand Deposit specimens. Mindat does not list Quartz from here. So I am not 100 % convinced it is from this location. It may have been collected at the same time nearby or it may actually be from this locality. There are also 3 other small single Quartz crystals with this flat of Grand Deposit specimens. |
