 | Here is an old and early specimen with a low collection number from the Academy of Natural Sciences Philadelphia. It is a specimen with large, somewhat crude, Staurolite crystals and small Almandine crystals from a classic New England locality. Not the most attractive. Label says donor was C C Bartlett.
