 | Four sprays of black needle like crystals of Pseudobrookite. Associated platy black Hematite crystals also on the Rhyolite. Pseudobrookite crystals on matrix are uncommon being mostly loose or single needles. Collecting is difficult since any shock from a rock hammer usually destroys the crystals. So this is an unusual and uncommon specimen you probably would see at any minerals show. |
