 | Here are two very fine scalenohedral double terminated lustrous slightly golden Calcite crystals. Overall undamaged and in great shape except unfortunately the one crystal has a significantly cleaved tip/ termination. There are several bright red Realgar crystals penetrating and on the surface of the Calcite. However between the two Calcite crystal near the terminations at the one end is an excellent terminated bright red gemmy Realgar crystal which is about 2 cm in length. These gemmy Realgar crystals should be stored in the dark to retain their brilliant red color. Over time light will degrade the Realgar. |
