_small.jpg) | Age is Pennsylvanian and formation is Llewellyn for this unusual Fern plate with three excellent fern fronds and with long thin fossil plants that may be horsetails but do not really look like horsetails. So I'm am not sure what they are. Only found on a very small percentage of specimens. |
