 | This was a very large Garnet from the Thomas Range and 2.5 cm is about as large as they get. You can still make out the faces although it was not a completely formed Garnet crystal. It is not pseudomorphed to Hematite. Most of these are Hematite and Topaz combination pseudomorphs after Garnet. I did not loop but this is probably Hematite and small Topaz pseudo. |
