I have not seen anything like this. Thick Copper sheets on a grey matrix looking a bit like shale. It has a white Calcite vein on the back side. It is coated with a lacquer, acrylic, or epoxy coating creating a shine. It seems to be more of a decorator or paperweight. ex Glenn Davidson collection
