 | Here is a lustrous black Bixbyite crystal from the famous Topaz and Bixbyite location in Utah. This is a crystal which is half formed and the back is matrix contact. The specimen features a corner of a cubic crystal with heavy trisoctahedral modifications. There are 3 corners around the edge and one corner in the center of the specimen. Specimen is mounted on a removable plastic block which fits inside a perkiy box. Neat unique Bixbyite thumbnail. |
