_small.jpg) | Ophir has alot of Pyrite not usually collected in the past. Most of the specimen are massive matrix with Pyrite crystals with only crystals showing with no undamaged faces. Here is a specimen with the Pyrite crystals actually showing and undamaged. Old material that will probably never be collected again. Access is not allowed by owners. Collected in the late 80's to early 90's by Solon Hammack a prominent Utah field collector in the 80's. ex Solon Hammack collection. |
