21hhdw.g ((CALCITE, ARAGONITE)), $40 MINIMUM BID, Utah Pre 1950, 14 x 12 x 6 cm, Large Cabinet

Large specimen with a plate of matrix covered with botryoidal mounds of Calcite. On top of the plate is then a large mound of smaller sphericules of Aragonite or Calcite. UVSW if fluorescent is just a creamy white. Strange since Aragonite usually is fluorescent green. So it may all be Calcite. Locality just says Utah pre 1950. ex Dana Wilson MD collection #454
