Gartrellite is a rare yellow green micro species from Gold Hill seen as a yellowish green brown crust without viewing with a microscope. These were collected about 30 years ago and were first thought to be another rare species Thometzekite. Later years analysis proved them to be Gartrellite. The Gartrellite is on massic Scorodite with small vugs containg sparkling light grey to bluish grey microcrystalline Scorodite.     ex Lane Johnson collection.
