 | Here is a large fan of Peruvian Epidote. It has scalenohedral Calcite crystals across the terminations. The crystals at first look etched but they are not shiny. Calcite is usually removed from these Epidotes on just about all the specimens. This specimens Calcite may have a little natural etching on the Calcite. |
