_small.jpg) | Chabazite crystals that almost appear cubic but are rhombic from the Marysvale area in Utah. 6 localities in Utah reported on mindat.org but no photos. These must be uncommon to rare since I have only seen 4 specimens of Chabazite from Marysvale, all small specimens. This is the largest. This specimen was from old inventory from Vantage Gem, which closed in about the mid 1990's. It was probably collected in the 70's or 80's. |
