 | There are some cleaved damage areas and some contacted crystal faces and there are even some complete crystals in this very large specimen of blue Celestine from a thick vein. A quantity of this type of Celestine were dug approx 30 years ago and are rarely seen today. The Nov/Dec 1993 issue of Rocks and Minerals is the UTAH issue. Page 383 warns that these Celestines do FADE in direct sunlight. |
