_small.jpg) | It has 4 sawn flat sides and one natural side. It looks like part of a set of bookends but it is not straight up at a right angle from the bottom. It also has four foot pads on the bottom. The sawn large side is almost but not totally sawn flat, but has a slight lip left on it. Strange item. Mindat says Thulite from this locality has been used to cut Cabochons. This would cut many many cabochons. ex Dennis McMurdie collection. |
