Jefferis was an early mineral collector from the 1800's accumulating a hisoric collection now with the Carnegie Museum. This was with a small number of Jefferis specimens that with deassessed and probably involved in a trade. I have a few left that I keep including several from Utah. This specimen also has not only the Jefferis label but also the label from the Carnegie Museum. |
