Label says Cliff Mine in Ophir District. No specimen photos from Cliff Mine in Utah and Ktenasite is not listed in list of species from Cliff. However there are specimens of Ktenasite from the Hidden Treasure Mine in the Ophir District. This may be mislabeled and actually from the Hidden Treasure.
