 | Here is one of these Aragonite on Calcite specimens from the Tintic District. The cap of Aragonite are not as delicate as most of these. What makes this specimen special is that the Calcite has a greenish blue tint. The base shows a ring of Chrysocolla under the Calcite which apparently coated the specimen when the Calcite was alot smaller in size. |
