Here is a Philadelphia Academy of Natural Sciences specimen with a collection number of #18647.  The Academy label says Pihlite (Aglaite) and was donated by E D Drown. Aglaite is a variety of Pihlite.  Aglaite is also a synonym of Cymatolite which is an aggregate of Muscovite and Albite pseudomorph after Spodumene.  Here is an uncommon to rare New England pseudomorph, while not terminated, has 8 side faces which do not show up well in the photos.
