 | Here is a specimen of massive lustrous Galena and yellow Chalcopyrite from the Hidden Treasure. This is a great reference specimen of species that are normally not collected at the Hidden Treasure. Aurichalcite, Hemimorphite, Smithsonite, Plattnerite, Rosasite, and Calcite are the usual targets for collecting. This mine was sealed by the state of Utah but evidently with a gated entrance. With permission, limited collecting has been recently made at the mine. |
